During his visit to Huntsville Center Feb. 16, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Commander Lt. Gen. Todd Semonite presented Commander's Awards for Civilian Service to Access Control Point Program’s Heather Wilburn and Ron Brook on behalf of Col. Eugenia Guilmartin, Fort Bragg’s director of emergency services. The awards were for exceptionally meritorious achievement in support of access control point projects there.
