The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, awarded a $7,455,613 firm-fixed-price contract to J&J Maintenance Inc. in Austin, Texas, to renew and expand the Central Material Services Department at Winn Army Community Hospital at Fort Stewart, Georgia.
Seven bids were solicited with five received. The work has an estimated completion date of May 5, 2019. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $7,455,613 were obligated at the time of the award.
