Huntsville Center providing architectural, engineering information to small businesses

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville is sponsoring a virtual industry day, Feb.1, to provide information and assistance to business and industry representatives interested in submitting proposals in support of the Center’s architectural and engineering services.

The event is set for 1-3 p.m. CST, and online, pre-registration is a requirement. To register and gather information regarding event log-in instructions, visit https://gaesindustryday.eventbrite.com.

Registration for the event ends at noon CST, Jan. 31.

During the two-hour long session, acquisition and technical professionals from the Center will be available online to provide insightful information to industry representatives.

The agenda will focus on the Center’s Engineering Directorate’s requirements for future contracts primarily in support of the Center’s programs, and include an overview of the scope of work, planned acquisition strategy, tips and best practices for small businesses and a question-and-answer session. The event will also provide networking opportunities.
