Caslen, Jr., Superintendent, U.S. Military Academy, cut the ribbon in a gesture to ceremonially open the Brian D. Allgood Ambulatory Clinic addition to Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point, New York, Oct. 7. The approximate 50,000 square foot addition provides modernized primary care space and is the precursor to a multi-phase renovation of the existing hospital.
