Col. John Hurley, Huntsville Center commander, presents Gina Elliott with a Meritorious Civilian Service Award during Elliott's retirement ceremony March 31. Elliott served as Huntsville Center deputy commander for four months in 2014 and most recently served as Huntsville Center's Facilities Division chief. Elliott retires from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with 37 years of service.
