Technical Information for the Design of Facilities (TECHINFO) is an Internet-based system for the dissemination of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers criteria, Unified Facilities Criteria and other information related to the design of facilities. It is a Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers system and is maintained and operated by the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville.

The system is provided for the use of designers within the Corps of Engineers or for those performing work for the Army Corps of Engineers. The system can also be used to input suggested revisions to Unified Facilities Criteria documents found on TECHINFO. A Unified Facilities Criteria Change Request is the vehicle users submit to point out errors, notify of needed updates and recommend revisions to guide specifications and other technical publications.
