An energy savings performance contract at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, added a cooling tower to support two 750-ton chillers to operate 24x7x365 in a surety laboratory. The chiller is one element of the project that will help the installation Directorate of Public Works improve overall efficiencies and generate actual savings to the government.
