Huntsville Center is considered the Army’s expert in Energy Savings Performance Contracts. The $3 billion MATOC IV is set to help modernize aging Department of Defense facilities and infrastructure by reducing utility and maintenance costs via third party financing that utilizes private capital to make infrastructure improvements without tapping into an installation’s budget.
