Col. Ruch and Lt. Col. Ted Bryant, Army Inspector General, presented Daniel Shepard with the Commander's Award for Civilian Service April 27. Shepard was commended for his outstanding service while serving as a subject matter expert in the Cybersecurity Inspection Division, U.S. Army Inspector General Agency. His expertise, insight and knowledge in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) were instrumental in the successful execution of the U.S. Army Inspector General Agency Army ICS Systemic Inspection.
