SASEBO, Japan - Technicians with Kikkawa, a Japanese contracting company responsible for a recent overhaul of marine loading arms in Sasebo, Japan, adjust a wire rope to change the angle of counterweights on one of the newly overhauled marine loading arms at U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo during final assembly. The overhaul for this set of loading arms, which was a four-month project for the Navy, was managed by the Corps of Engineers’ Fuels Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair Program at Huntsville Center.
