A Huntsville Center contracting officer and program manager accept a Federal Energy Management Program award at a ceremony at the National Archives in Washington D.C. Nov. 2. During the ceremony, the Federal Energy Management Program recognized a Center project expected to reduce the Defense Intelligence Agency Bethesda Maryland campus’ energy use by about 47 percent and save the agency more than $1 million annually.
