REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. - The old Martin Army Community Hospital, built in 1958 at Fort Benning, Georgia, was razed in late February. However, there is still work to be done and the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center Huntsville (Huntsville Center) Facility Reduction Program (FRP) is continuing site restoration. After project completion, the hospital site will be reused as a transportation hub connecting Fort Benning to a regional transportation network.
