The Facilities Division executes assigned Army Chief of Staff for Installation Management and Army Installation Management Command programs in partnership with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers districts, installation departments of public works and the Army's Installation Management Command.
The Facilities Division consists of five programs:
Access Control Points (ACP)
This program uses contracting and management capabilities to oversee upgrades and maintenance for installations’ entry gates, security equipment and facilities while meeting new standards and assuring consistency Army-wide. All ACP projects are completed in accordance with all Department of Defense (DoD) and agency specific standards.
Base Operations (BASEOPS)
BASEOPS provides a full-spectrum of military installation operations support using contracted manpower. It covers recurring/ predictive maintenance and service as well as corrective service orders. From roads and grounds to tree and shrub maintenance to snow removal and facility assessment and maintenance, BASEOPS offers one-stop shopping for an installation's support requirements.
DLA Fuels Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (DLA-Fuels)
Provides maintenance, inspections, repairs and emergency response actions for Defense Logistics Agency-capitalized petroleum facilities on military installations worldwide, in compliance with federal, state and local code, criteria and regulations. This program can also support DoD and other federal fuel activities worldwide.
Facilities Reduction Program (FRP)
Eliminates excess facilities utilizing streamlined practices from the facility demolition industry. The program reduces costs, stimulates environmentally sound business practices and often reduces installation's energy consumption.
Facilities Repair and Renewal( FRR)
A fast-track, efficient method for design/renovation for all types of facility repairs, renovations and minor construction for federal agencies.
