Six businesses to share environmental remediation support contract

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, awarded a $400 million shared capacity multiple award task order contract to support environmental remediation to four large and two small businesses, Dec. 28.

Large businesses AECOM Technical Services Inc., Glen Allen, Virginia; CB&I Federal Services, Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Parsons Government Services, Pasadena, California; and Weston-EOTI LLC, JV, Wilmington, Delaware; and small businesses HydroGeoLogic Inc., Reston, Virginia, and USA Environment Inc., Oldsmar, Florida, will share the contract capacity. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 19, 2021.

This contract will provide environmental remediation services support for work assigned to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in the continental U.S. and other U.S. possessions and territories as defined in the acquisition strategy, including but not limited to, Department of Defense Environmental Restoration Program; Formerly Used Defense Sites; Military Munitions Response for various DOD customers including conventional munitions, Chemical Warfare Materiel, Biological Warfare Materiel and other munitions-related services; DOD Environmental Compliance Program, Environmental Support for Others Program; support to the Environmental Protection Agency including Superfund and Brownfield Programs; Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program; and environmental stewardship, and other environmental related regulatory programs.
