Facilities Repair and Renewal program offers industry day conference

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama --The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (Huntsville Center) Facility Repair and Renewal (FRR) Program has set an industry day conference for Jan. 8, from 9 a.m.­— 12 p.m. CST.

The conference is at Huntsville Center’s main facility at 4820 University Square, Huntsville, Alabama, 35816. For industry representatives unable to attend in person, the FRR industry day conference will be offered virtually via Huntsville Center’s Facebook page at: www.facebook.com/HuntsvilleCenter.

The conference allows the Center’s FRR personnel to provide information to industry regarding acquisition requirement. The conference also allows FRR personnel to gather information to support the acquisition approach and receive buy-in from industry. A question and answer period will be available to clarify the acquisition details.

The FRR contracts are intended to provide quick response for facility repair, renovation, conversion, alteration, additions, construction, equipment procurement/installation, and maintenance services on installed equipment/systems at Government installations and facilities at locations in the U.S. and overseas.

Huntsville Center seeks both small and large business sources under the anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220, Commercial and Industrial Building Construction. The small business size standard is $36.5 million.
