Seven businesses were awarded a Multiple Award Task Order (MATOC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a program-based capacity of $48 million to support Pacific Region facilities reduction demolition projects by the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville.
Under the contract awarded June 18, the following four small and three large businesses will be awarded task orders to provide a range of efforts to include demolition services, and specific structure removal at various Army and other Department of Defense bases in the Pacific Region of the United States. Specific work to be performed is defined at the task order level.

• Dynamic Management Solutions, LLC.* - Richland, Washington
• North Wind Construction Services, LLC* - Idaho Falls, Idaho
• Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc. - Birmingham, Alabama
• Central Environmental, Inc. - Anchorage, Alaska
• North American Dismantling Corp - Lapeer, Michigan
The five-year ordering period includes a base year and four one-year optional years. The MATOC establishes a pool of contractors eligible to bid on future projects.
To date, no task orders have been awarded. Work to be performed includes demolition, debris management and disposition, facilities abatement and hazardous material removal, and site maintenance and cleanup.
The Facilities Reduction Program manages four regional MATOCs with a $48 million capacity per region for a total of $192 million. These regional MATOCs utilize an improved acquisition strategy with standardized contract language to ensure employment of industry best practices, thus reducing costs and improving recycling and waste stream reduction.
