The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, awarded a $12,962,667 firm-fixed-price contract to J&J Maintenance Inc. in Austin, Texas, Sept. 30 to replace older and obsolete electrical distribution equipment in buildings 9 and 10 at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
