    Huntsville Center hosts first M2S2 conference in over a decade

    For the first time in 13 years, U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville’s Environmental and Munitions Mandatory Center of Expertise, EM CX, organized and hosted the Military Munitions Support Services conference, Dec. 10-12 in the Bob Jones Auditorium, Redstone Arsenal.

    Summits supporting Defense Health Agency ensure military readiness

    During a bi-annual DHA Summit Dec. 10-13 at the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (Huntsville Center), more than 100 representatives from DHA, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers gathered to listen and learn from each other to ensure military hospitals and clinics worldwide provide the support required to care for the joint force.

    Huntsville Center Improves Targets for Range at Fort McCoy

    The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville’s Range and Training Land Program Mandatory Center of Expertise, RTLP MCX, recently completed a Target Interface Inspection, TII, for the Scout and Reconnaissance Gunnery Range at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. The inspection is a significant step toward ensuring the state-of-the-art range is operational for soldier training in 2025.

    The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville’s Ordnance and Explosive branch has awarded an unprecedented $960 million contract fully for small businesses, marking the first time that the Center has dedicated such a large project to exclusively to small enterprises.
