When air conditioning failed at the ROC—the nerve center of Fort Hood’s range training operations— during late June’s triple digit temperatures surge, Huntsville Center quick developed a contract ensuring mobile air conditioning units were deployed to cool conditions inside the facility and preventing delays in range operations.
