The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville is the designated the Range and Training Land Program Mandatory Center of Expertise and with input from major Army commands and schools, develops generic design manuals for Multi-Purpose Range Complexes, small arms qualification ranges, Urban Terrain facilities, Mission Training Complex, and Training Support Center facilities.
